found the problem. I missed a file while doing the comparison. (I get so confused when comparing files and I don't fully understand what I am looking at half the time)

I forgot to overwrite the button_names.php file in my customs directory with the new one from 1.3.7 detailing the new buttons.

So simple!! but not, obviously for the like of me!!

I have this same problem. Can you explain what exactly you did to fix this problem? i'd really appreciate it.
