Adding products to multiple categories

No ... when the product is added to the cart there is no rhyme or reason to where it existed at that moment to track the Category ...

Can you give a real world example of where the same Product found in aisle 3 vs aisle 14 is a different Product?

I understand there is no need for it when you are selling tangible goods... but this business is different :-p. Each item exists in 3 different realms, 6 different cores. So for 1000 items on 1 realm... 1 core... thats 6000 items I would have to add manually! Pretty crazy. Or I could just copy the item and have it track the category. Would this be hard to code? I could probably pay someone

Okay...

There is this game... Diablo II. It is multiplayer and you can get items to make you stronger and stuff.

You choose what realm you want to play on (UsEast, UsWest, Europe) and you cannot interact with anyone on different realms. The thing you do is pick the realm closest to where you live so you ping best.

There are about 1000 items I am going to sell on EACH realm.

There is a Ladder and NonLadder portion of each realm.
Ladder is ranked, the higher level you are the higher rank you are.
NonLadder is not ranked.

So there would be..
UsWest Ladder and Nonladder
UsEast Ladder and nonladder
Europe ladder and nonladder

That is 6 different parts of the game..., 1000 items for each part... 6000 items

Get it?

I dont want to add 6000 items manually... so I would like for it to link from where they purchased it... lol

Realm

Option Type: Radio Button

Option Value:
UsWest Ladder
UsEast Ladder
Europe Ladder
UsWest Nonladder
UsEast Nonladder
Europe Nonladder

Add the Attribute to 1 Product ...

Copy to All products ...

Voila done!
