Remove space below logo. (Not repeated as others)

I have read the other posts several times, but I can not solve the problem in my case.

I did some changes on the tpl_header.php, such as add a table to the whole header. If you check my website you may not notice the space.

When the file loading, you may see the space. Since the background color is same as mainwrapper, it's hard to tell when the page is fully loaded.
