I agree here. If you read the GeoTrust certificate info for what each provides, you'll notice that you only have the option to actually "display" a seal on your site with the Quick SSL Premium or above.

I would imagine their .js code checks to see which cert you have and if it is not the premium version or higher, the seal would not show.
