Problem with Tax Display

I am having a problem with the taxes. Zencart is calculating things fine, it's just not displaying it on the order confirmation page. as shown below:

Yes handling fee is set to 0.

that $1.00 is the tax but it's not showing it as tax

Forgot to turn on the tax display in Modeiles/Order Total..
