OK, let me put it simple... there is no trick. You just need to copy all files from two downloaded folders into the right folders on your web server. All folders already exists exept "jscript" within custom template. Just copy the whole jscript folder under the YOUR_TEMPLATE. Be aware that YOUR_ADMIN should refer to main admin folder in the cathalog and YOUR_TEMPLATE sould refer to the folder of currently active template. Finally, just copy content of install.sql file into clipboard and execute it using PHPMyAdmin in the shop database. I was actually referencing the section in the read me for adding the links to the Admin side. It sounds like it's not needed.
