Apple Zen Support Thread

Apple Zen is almost ready to receive products, only two things...

1- Which file handles the size o the tagline in the header?

2- I went and messed around in Admin/Configuration/Images and made changes to some image sizes and now have lost the default settings, and can't get a test products picture to enlarge *Slap to the back of the head*, same size shows up, I have installed IH2.


Can anyone please have a look at the following settings and tell me what they are?

Admin/Configuration/Images

Small Image Width
Small Image Height

Product Info - Image Height

IH2 can be very finicky. Here is what I do. I set all widths to zero, and give the heights a value, this way the heights are always the same, and the widths change, depending on the aspect ratio of the image.

I'm confused when it comes to adding pics with Zen. I was expecting an easier method.

I' ve tried with and without IH2, sometimes get a larger image but most times it's the same size as the product thumbnail that ends up popping up.

I have tried listing the pics like xxx01 and xxx01_LRG in their respective categories. Guess I just have to get my head around it.

I'm trying to add about 15 clickable thumbnails that can be enlarged, on one product to begin with.

Is there a different module than Image Handler2?

You're talking about the color of the product name, right? That's probably not already defined in the css, so you'd need to add it:
#productName {color:#ffffff}

Hi again. Thanks for your help. No not the actual individual products but the main product list of items in each category, where the pages show multiple products. The titles are all in grey / black and I just want to make the titles stand out from all the rest of the text about the products.

A lot of people get confused with image handler.

All you have to do with image Handler is upload ONE and ONLY ONE image. Upload the largest size you want displayed on your website. This is what image handler displays as your large image. Don't upload medium or large images (remove them if you have), and don't upload them with any suffix, just "imagename.jpg" --- no _LRG.jpg or _MED.jpg. Image handler will automatically resize medium and small images for you, based on your image sizes set in "Configuration", "Images".

I need a little help getting the New Products for May to have 3 columns instead of one column that is on the left. I would like products to be centered.

I had it correctly done at first but after turning on and off various parts in the layout box controller and changing the setting to zero under the "Configuration", then "Layout Settings", and set the "Column Right Status - Global" to "0" ... I have it all messed up.

I do not want any side columns showing.

Also how can I change the color white to some other color in the header on both sides of the logo?

My home link is not working on my catalog. I am wondering where i would look to file the path that it is trying to go to. Is this a template issue or a Zen cart problem??

Is it possible to change the size of my right side boxes? If so where would go to do this. I'm not that familiar with php pages..
