This sounds like it is set up to detect and use any prefix you have applied to your database tables. As I understand, this ability will only work properly if run through the Tools > Install SQL patch, not directly through phpMyAdmin. Or alternatively this may function if run directly, and add an extra prefix if run through Tools > Install SQL Patches - the language is ambiguous.

I have zen_ prefix in all the database, so I think isn't this the problem.
In the table zen_group_pricing, now I have this:

group_id group_name group_percentage group_method last_modified date_added

So, the update is good but I don't understood which is the problem.

Maybe because my hosted was changing a server and my site yesterday was an old copy.

Now it is done.

I see - I misread zen_ prefix to be a title for a generic prefix for Zen Cart databases, instead of a prefix called "zen_".

Apparently the mod assumes that Zen Cart databases are set up with a prefix. That part of the mod would be cleaner if it was written without prefixes; then patches installed through Tools > Install SQL Patches would automatically have the right prefix added, or none if no prefix is used.
