    Default Streamline.net use them?

Hi does any one host a Zencart site with this company??
if so how did you get around the Htacess problem.

I cannot solve it, and i do not wish to rename it to make the site work for security problems.

I have been trying to get my site up and running with them for over a week.

Now they are telling me they dont offer support on third parties and i should search google. they refuse to give me a refund, saying i have breached my contract with them.

Man if i dont get an answer for the problem, looks like ill have a website that will not work.

    your thoguhts

Exactly which .htaccess problem? Please give more detail.
Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.

I would also ask them HOW you breached their contract.

    Hi thanks for the reply,

Ok the .htaccess file which is located in the includes folder is causing the problem. When i rename it the site works ok, however the admin area does not.

When this file is set to work, i lose all graphics on the page and the structure of the site. www.zapink.co.uk take a look.

I am told by my host the don't acept or allow this kind of re-write_Mod, what ever that means. So i ask you the Zen Cart community what can i do?

They tell me i'm in breach of my terms because I FTP to the site once i did this i no longer qualify for a refund. Go figure!!

Any sugestions of fixing my site, this side of the fence?

I hope you didnt spring for a long term.

You may need to rename the admin/.htaccess file as well,

the mod-rewrite is only used for seo urls
