I don't add add-ons that changes anything in the core files, only the other files, but still find it difficult, seems like I will have to write each file myself with the new patches.

Why? Most add-ons are carefully structured so that you can just drag and drop the files into place.

There are a lot of them, that replaces the same file, then you need to go through the whole file to see what you need to add, a lengthy process, and then at the end to find it not working. Originally Posted by kuroi
