I too cannot get the feed to upload from Zencart - nor could I FTP it directly to GoogleBase, but I was able to upload it via Googlebase itself.

(Having said that, it hasn't appeared in the FTP directory, but Google states it could take an hour to process it)

I also had trouble getting the file to write in the first place, constantly being given access denied errors even though directory permissions were correct. However, I managed to get around this by creating a file with the same name as my feed file, CHMODding that to 777, and voila! No problems with the file creation.

But back to the upload...after about 3 mins I get the foillowing error:
