The utility is working fine in non-SSL mode, but it's revealing that your server's CURL support isn't configured to work with SSL destinations.
You need to tell your hosting company that they need to recompile PHP with *CURL and SSL* support ... ie: so that CURL can use SSL addresses.

I am using godaddy with this site. I can ask them about it. So could this be the problem with some order not showing up in Zen cart?
