about return authorization,how to use,where is the Entrance pages?

I have installed return authorization mod on my website,but, I can't find the Entrance pages, where is the Entrance pages????????

This mod not Perfect and not Humanity!!!!

It isn't Autofill the form,customer must Manual fill the form,Manual fill is very Offensive!!!

I hv installed the Return Authorization Request mod. w/o a glitch. :) I wld like to know if it is possible to pull the customer's info. such as customer's name, e-mail etc. from the database and auto-populate these info. into their respective textbox if the cust. login. Thanks.

FILE MODIFICATIONS:

To add the link in your Information sidebox, copy the following code and add it in the desired location in includes/modules/sideboxes/YOUR_TEMPLATE/information.php:

  if (DEFINE_RETURNS_STATUS <= 1) {
  $information[] = '<a href="' . zen_href_link(FILENAME_RETURNS, '', 'SSL') . '">' . BOX_INFORMATION_RETURNS . '</a>';
  } 

(If you want it in the more_information sidebox, change $information[] to $more_information[] and add it to includes/modules/sideboxes/YOUR_TEMPLATE/more_information.php)

The Mod is autofill IF the customer is registered and logged in.

I just checked it on 4 different sites that I manage and if you log in and then go to the returns page it auto fills just fine.

Make sure you have all the files listed here installed (make sure you've renamed the YOUR_TEMPLATE folders to match the name of your custom folder.

Those modifications are taken care of running either the

update_links_manager.sql

or

install_links_manager.sql

I'm guessing that this is a new install

open install_links_manager.sql in your text editor:
copy the information
open admin -> tools -> install sql patches

past the information you just copied into the text area and click the SEND button.

Please post any further questions you may have in the support thread for the mod.

I have installed the return authorization mod and I have a problem. I'm using the cherry template and it does not have a side box for information. How do I add the link to show? Thank you
