Very strange problem (urgent!) - 404 not found -- SEO Url mod

Tonight, out of the blue, my web site (www.tenerahome.com) started acting very strange.

The front page loads without any problems, but when I try to click on any link, I get a "404 Not Found" error. The admin section works fine.

Any ideas what may have caused this? I contacted my hosting company to find out if they've made any changes to the servers.

The only change I've made in the last 24 hours was slightly modifying my .htaccess file to ban an IP address, but reverting to the previous settings didn't help either.

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Have you recently installed the Ultimate SEO module? That caused a problem for me initially.

Nope. The Ultimate SEO module was installed months ago.

Out of curiosity, I turned off the Ultimate SEO module and the links are working again! Whew!

Now if I could figure out why this happened all of a sudden, and how I can go about fixing it...

Problem solved! Earlier yesterday I must have accidentally overwritten my .htaccess file, which contained certain Ultimate SEO codes. I restored the original .htaccess file and everything works beautifully.

this worked for me also i turned off the seo urls in the admin under configuration coollll
