I recently added an SSL certificate to my website then set up Zencart for the SSL and now I am not receiving order notifications. Instead I am receiving an email with the subject "IPN FATAL ERROR (1189608589_cRNG) #1" (the numbers are different for each one). And the body of the email says this: "IPN FATAL ERROR :: Could not establish fsockopen.
Host Details = ssl://www.paypal.com:443 (110)
Connection timed out"
This is only happening with paid orders - free orders are coming through correctly. I have made sure I updated my URL information in PayPal and have deleted and reinstalled the PayPal IPN module in Zencart and this is still happening.
Also the email notification is going to a different email than what it should be.
