Check your admin > config > maximums > for things that limit # per page. You probably have this set to 9 and shoud be a multiple of 6That brings me to another issue that might have something to do with this problem. That is, I have columns per row set to 6. When the system displays the products, it shows 6 items on the first row but only 3 items on the second row.
