Error viewing store after install

After install im getting the following:

Did I miss some permissions?

Maybe its missing the "/" before the includes in the config?

Maybe your FTP program just missed the file?
and maybe several others?

I read everything in this post because I was getting the same error. I ended up taking the advise to see if the files where just not their. The whole folder was empty. I just throught the files from (/public_html/includes/templates/template_default/sideboxes/) and everything went back to normal....
