Customers seeing other customers' information

I'm new to zen cart, just taking over another developer's site. Lately customers have been seeing other customer's personal information on the ordering pages. Has anyone else seen this? How do I fix it?

What do they see you need to tell us more as if they are seeing there name and someelses address then you have a problem with the relation in your database from customers to address book

I'm having the same problem. Customers report that when they go to checkout that another customers name and address appear in the billing and shipping information. I don't think they are being asked to register their own information as the system thinks it is still the previous customer who didn't logout.

Where do I view the administration of the address book and what area controls the auto-logoff if a customers doesn't do it manually?

did the customers click on a link with a zenid in it?

You need to know if the customer sees the same customer every time or if it is a differnt customer each time and are they being redirected from someone elses site and if so is that site displaying session info on the link, did you try to create an account and see if you could create the problem,

there could be many reasons for this has the data base been backed up and restored or imported from another site,

If your hosting configuration allows it, you should turn on Admin->Configuration->Sessions->Recreate session

I had this problem and it turned out that the customer numbering system started over. Try setting your customer numbers above the previous numbers used. For example, we re-set the customer number to start at 4000 and the problem stopped.
