Thanks for the response. I did install your mod without a problem. But now I am not sure how to actually use it... :-)
In fact to be even more confused - it seems like Zone Rates does the same thing as Zone Table Rates... I am not sure if I get the difference.

I was able, however to set up two different shipping table rates for two different countries in "Zone Rates"...
