Apple Zen Support Thread

Hey there,

I've been searching this thread for the past couple of days before asking anything but I'm wondering how exactly I'd go about doing the following for a music store I'm designing:


Artist & Track Name Price Preview Track Download

I've reviewed tpl_product_music_info_display.php & tpl_modules_media_manager.php still unsure what to do. If you could provide some simple advice, that'd be great.

Ok, bunch of problems.

I'm working locally to test everything before going online.
I installed your template following readme.txt instructions.
The first problem I got was a
1054 Unknown column 'pages_title' in 'order clause'
in:
[select * from ezpages where status_header = 1 and header_sort_order > 0 order by header_sort_order, pages_title] error.
I saw another user had the same problem with Cherry Zen but there was no solution for it. So I looked around and I found something on the italian support forum.
Here they suggest for the same problem to copy 3 files:

includes/modules/classic/ezpages_bar_footer.php
includes/modules/classic/ezpages_bar_header.php
includes/modules/sideboxes/classic/ezpages.php

to the new_template directory.

I did so and the problem somehow dissappeared, but, as you can see from the first picture my header is different from the original.


Then, when I switch to the italian language, I get this:


Any suggestion?

Did you also move the language files for apple zen to an italian folder?

That's really not template related, and would be better served in the general forum.

in the stylesheet.css file, the tagLine fontsize is set to 1.3em, when rendered on my site it appears quite small.
Any suggestions on what might be going wrong?
The site in question is located @ http://games.savagesoftware.com.au .

Ok, I made it, I made it.. at least I think everything is working.

Now I have a problem with about_us page and the specials page.
I've uploaded all files (both in english and italian language - define_about_us.php).
Also the page in the apple_zen directory (for both languages).

Rotating banner in header?

I've tried using the banner manager using the "Header Position" and it doesn't work. I want the main banner for my web site to change as a customer is surfing my web site.

It doesn't look "quite small" to me, but why not just make it more than 1.3em?

Please read the banner tutorial in the FAQ section, and there's nothing in the template stopping the banners from working.
