Has anyone found the solution to this problem? If did, please give us clear instructions on how to fix this... I went back to about half of the 76 pages of posts in this thread and did not see any solution only people asking the same question over and over again.

I installed two modules the other day - one is Super orders 2.0 and the other is the Dual Pricing - Whole Sale module.
Now I lost some properties of my products - the shipping dimensions are not showing.
Any ideas on how to get them back? Shipping charges will not be accurate without these fields.

Thank you for reading, I fixed this by applying the canadapost module again and merging the modifications with winmerge - then uploading it to my website. Now this works, however if you know the answer to my previous question about the E-mail and redX in the order updates - please elnlighten us.

Is it possible to add a order manually? For example when somebody orders something by telephone? is that possible?
No, this is not part of Super Orders. But this is how I handle this situation:
1. A customer calls in on the phone. If they are a new customer, I create an account for them online through the "Add Customers" mod that I installed. This mod creates account and a secret password (even admin does not know what it is) is generated and emailed to the customer for their future reference.
2. I then login to this new account. But since I do not know their password, I use the master password that I setup using the Master Password mod.
3. Now that I am in their account, I enter the order as they give me the info over the phone. So basically, I am now acting as their underpaid secretary, i.e. typing in the info on their behalf.
That's it. It may sound complicated and slow, but once your telephone people get used to it, it is very quick and easy.
A few customers do not have an email address (or mostly they just don't want to reveal it to us...Spam paranoia!), so we have a standard rule that we create a fake email address for them (using their full name @ ourwebsiteurl.com). It allows us to enter the order in the system, but of course, since it is a fake address, the customer never receives any notification emails. Sometimes customers call in later and ask us to enter their correct email address for them so that they can access their account themselves in the future.

Does anyone know how to remove the 3 product limit for showing product pictures on the packing slip.
Most of my orders are for 5-10 products and I would like to show the images on slip.
The images are quite small and quite a few would fit onto one page so I would not have the problem of the slip being over one page in size.
Any help would be appreciated.
