We are using 1.3.7, installed back in June 07
Please note that v1.3.7.1 released in July contains a number of PayPal patches.
You can apply those same updates to your v1.3.7 site using the latest patch posted in this thread:
http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=56216 (but you'll be missing out on some of the updates included in 1.3.7.1 not related to PayPal)
... or you can upgrade to v1.3.8 which came out last week and contains many new features and lots and lots of fixes and fine-tunings.

I am having the exact same problem and I'm not sure if I should install the patch or upgrade to this newest version of Zen. I have several questions.
I realize I need to 'back up' my site before making changes, but what all needs to be backed up? Is is just the Zen folder using the FTP site? Is there anything else that should be saved before I make any changes?
What happens to my site if I use the patch or the upgrade? Will all of my product still be there, along with all of my customers' information?
Sorry, I'm sure these sound like very basic questions, but I want to make sure I have everything in order before making any changes. TIA for your help!
Mindy
