Display item as gallery rather than listing

Hi

In my main pages of the sub-category section, I want the products to be displayed as gallery rather than a listing mode. I hope I am making sense. I want products displayed as pictures in 3 rows & 4 coloumns instead of a itemised listing (like ebay).

I tried image magik but cannot find any option to configure it.

any help will be appreciated.

After weeks of searching through forums, I finally posted my question here. I am not sure if people are not sure or don't have time to answer my question.

But it is a fantastic feeling when you find the solution yourself. The answer for my problem was "Column Layout Grid for Product Listing" module under downloads section.
