my orders aren't showing up

i have downloadable mp3's on my site. it all works good.
i add the mp3 to my cart. i go through the checkout process fine,
i goto paypal and pay the amount and get returned back to zen. alls good. the download link is there and everything.

all's perfect right?

well here's my delima.

from the cust side i click on "show all orders" under my account and i get nothing. i have placed 10 test orders. and all of them worked.

but when i click on show all orders it shows nothing on that page & i get funky page numbers. ( -4 -3 -2 -1 0)

and i click on them all and i see nothing.

so i login to the admin and and right there on the front page i see no new orders.
hmm ok?
click on customers->orders and nothing is there????
ok next.
reports-> products purchased & i see all the orders in there???

ok yeah completely lost. any help? i open tommarrow night.

And if you click on one of those order numbers, does the order open up on-screen?

if i click on the email link yes it takes me to the order and i see it but once i click on view all orders it goes blank

and where do i check that 2nd thing?

What about in the admin. You said you can see the orders in the Products Purchased report. Can you open the orders from there?

when i goto customers -> customers and i select me

i get the 4 buttons on the right.

and below that i get this :

Displaying 0 to 0 (of 0 orders) and that is with the sorting on the right set to "all orders"

now if i put the order number in the admin of #3 and hit enter. i see the order all there.

Um ... a fresh install of v1.3.8 wouldn't make any reference to any "admin_comments" or "zen_admin_comments" table.

Sounds like you've got an addon only partially installed.

yes my bad. i did install that. it was my error. thats fixed now but i did another test sale and same thing
