That type problem usually happens with invalid code.
Did you Validate the Template?

Although a default install of Zen Cart will validate, never assume a Temple from somewhere else will -- doesn't matter if free or paid-for.

Thanks for that. I didn't know you could do that. However, as the complete apple_zen package works on it's own, doesn't that imply the code is oK?

I don't know. Never used the apple_zen package myself.

You had mentioned you were running into coding problems using it and I just pointed out a place you check coding. I use the "HTMLhelp" site for many reasons. Not only for myself but it's an easy way for Clients -- who know nothing about coding -- to see if I created a Web site for them without coding errors.
