    Yes. Pretty much.

    Do I need the debug on anymore?

    For instance is this a normal email?

    HTML Code:
    <?xml version="1.0"?>
    <RateResponse><Package ID="0"><Service>EXPRESS</Service><ZipOrigination>48848</ZipOrigination><ZipDestination>23220</ZipDestination><Pounds>28</Pounds><Ounces>0</Ounces><Container>None</Container><Size>REGULAR</Size><Machinable>FALSE</Machinable><Zone>4</Zone><Postage>83.95</Postage></Package><Package ID="1"><Error><Number>-2147219434</Number><Source>DomesticRatesV2::clsRateV2ValidateWeight;RateEngineV2.ProcessRequest</Source><Description>First Class mail must weigh 13 ounces or less.</Description><HelpFile></HelpFile><HelpContext>1000440</HelpContext></Error></Package><Package ID="2"><Service>PRIORITY</Service><ZipOrigination>48848</ZipOrigination><ZipDestination>23220</ZipDestination><Pounds>28</Pounds><Ounces>0</Ounces><Container>None</Container><Size>REGULAR</Size><Machinable>FALSE</Machinable><Zone>4</Zone><Postage>21.40</Postage></Package></RateResponse>
    Every time someone tries the Delivery Estimator, I get a debug email.

    Yes, that's a normal USPS debug email. The details it's showing are normal.
    You can turn off the debug option now.

    I am in trouble too. My usps module in not working. I installed the fix and followed the instructions but was not successful at making it work.
    I checked the zip codes in my store and the sample testing case.
    I tried with Test mode then Production mode.
    I just don't know what I am missing.

    Help please thanks

    Call USPS again and make sure that your Account has been activated for the Production Server once you received your account number ... and again test with the Production Server once you confirm that your account is active ...

    NOTE: Test mode often fails on tests with shiipping and payment methods ... just the nature of the beast ...

    Any chance you received 2 API usernames as I did?

    I mistook the second email as an echo from the server as my email is forwarded.

    Sure enough the 2nd username was the winner.

    Do you see a yellow or green light in the USPS module edit window? Maybe your zones and taxes are not completely defined?
    Cheers!

    What is your 5 digit US Zip code, Ship From and Ship To address and the weight being shipped?

    Thank you Ajeh,
    I called USPS and as soon as they moved me from Test server to Production server every thing worked fine. http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/images/smilies/lamo.gif

    Thanks for the update ... glad that a phone call to USPS was able to fix the problem for you ...

    Why they just don't start you on the Production Server is beyond me ...
