You need to set all your products that are not map_enabled to 0.

Then if map_enabled = 0, it will be included, otherwise it won't.

    Or try <> 1

Please can anyone help me with an install problem I'm having? I've searched and searched and searched for this with many different keywords but found nothing.

    1. I've uploaded all the files to my store directory as per instructions and checked that they are all in the proper locations.
    2. I set the permissions on the feed directory to 777
    3. I opened the file googlefroogle.sql in my text editor and copied the code to the clipboard.
    4. I went to Admin->Tools->Install SQL Patches and pasted the code into the Enter the query to be executed box and clicked send.
    5. I got the following error message in my browser:
      406 Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /admin/sqlpatch.php could not be found on this server.
    6. I checked on my server and the file exists in the admin directory and...
    7. I've tried changing its permissions to 777
    8. I've tried re-uploading the file and again switching it to 777

But all I get is the 406 error message quoted above and I've run out of ideas.

I'm using Google Base Feeder v1.6.7 with Zen Cart 1.3.7 and Database Patch Level: 1.3.7

    Database: MySQL 4.1.21-standard-log
    HTTP Server: Apache/1.3.37 (Unix)
    PHP Version: 4.4.4 (Zend: 1.3.0)
    Server Host: green.sashbox.net
    Server OS: Linux 2.4.21-37.0.1.ELsmp

Any help would be much appreciated,

    Regards to all,

    Michael.

Hmm, do you get this error with all SQL patches? Perhaps you should make a new thread as this thread is for issues specific to the Google Base Feeder.

    hi,

this is specific to the google base feeder install.

the configuration entry shows up, but the entry to run the feed is not there.

this guy had the same issue
"7. Go to Admin->Tools>Google Froogle Feeder

This is not their to do? Its missing from the menu.

    5. Go to Admin->Configuration->Google Froogle Configuration and setup all parameters;

This one is their tho? Didn't see any errors when I ran the SQL installation... ? What should i check"

he said he didnt have the files installed in the correct directories, what are the correct directories?

    thanks

Is there a way with this module to automatically have Google Checkout accepted turned on as one of the payment methods? I am referring to the checkbox under Payment when as item is edited.

    Everything else is working great!

    Thanks,
    Joe

    Thanks for your response.

The only other mod that I have installed requiring an SQL patch was Google Sitemap Admin and I used the install_googlesitemap.php method of installation as it appeared, from the instructions given, the simpler way to do it.

From what you say, I can now imagine that if I'd tried the cut and paste method with the Sitemap mod, the same thing may have happened.

Please can you suggest which would be the most appropriate forum for me to start a new thread in on this subject?

I took the ! out, still nothing.

I ended up uploading a fresh copy and adding the p.map_enabled in the select list & AND p.map_enabled = 0 to the very last query. Worked liked I needed it to!

Thank you SO very much for your help, and for your patience.

    Default Duplicate entries

I'm using version 1.6.7 and all the entries are duplicated. ZC 1.38a

The first time I uploaded to Google Base there were errors. I went through the XML file and manually removed all the duplicates and its now fine by Google Base.

Looking through the XML file I see all the products are duplicated between <item> and </item>. The first entry is perfect, but the second entry usually has some missing info, like the <title> tag is empty.

I have two languages on my site, but I've set the Google Base Feeder Configuration as:

    Show Feed Lanugage: true
    Feed Language: English

    Any help would be appreciated.

customer issue Re: Google Base Feeder Support Thread

    Hi,

I'm having an issue with getting my catalog published. I have the base feeder installed and seems to be working fine. I can create the catalog and when I manually publish through the admin, it tells me the upload was successful. The problem is that the upload never shows up in my google base account. When I try to manually upload the file directly through google base I get the error: We didn't understand the header (first) row of your file. Please make sure you're using valid attribute names.

Any ideas as to how to resolve the problem....I'm using v 1.3.8a
