not sure where to ask this so I placed it here... probably a simple question that has been asked 1001times, but how do I remove the top horizontal row of categories? I ONLY want them to appear in the left-column-sidebar box...

admin -> configuration -> layout settings -> Categories-Tabs Menu ON/OFF (set to 0/off)
