Hi,
I just added this contribution to my site and I really like it...thank you.
But, it seems to conflict with IH 2. It stopped working after I installed this and I can't get it to work again. When I have it installed I keep getting java errors. Any ideas?

Hi Kelly,

Can you explain what doesn't seem to work and what java errors you are getting? You aren't the first to say you are having a conflict with IH2, but when I install it it seems to work fine.

On my demo site I have both contribs to show this, but there seems to be some common ground with people thinking there is some problem. If there is I can't understand where.

The sidebar IH2 zooming works still, and you can even see on the "Customers Also Purchased" tab that the IH2 stuff still work within the tabs. And there is no javascript error.

Do you have a link I can check?

If I have IH2 nstalled through the admin I get the java errors and it won't functon. I will install it again and leave it for you to see.

The error is "showtrail" and "hidetrail" is not defined. These are IH errors. The problem is that the jscript for IH2 isn't being loaded. Are you sure you have it in your templates/YOURTEMPLATE/jscript/ folder? Because it doesn't even work on the other pages.

I just checked and it wasn't in there. It's really strange because it worked before.
Well...it works now! So thank you very much!
I do have one more question. If you click on the review tab, there is a link for larger image. Any idea why this would happen?

Are you sure you have it in your templates/YOURTEMPLATE/jscript/ folder? Because it doesn't even work on the other pages.

I almost fell into that trap myself, in the image handler instructions it says to change template_custom to YOUR_TEMPLATE but the template_custom file doesn't have the jscript folder in it, instead you had to change the template_default folder to YOUR_TEMPLATE

qhome could you point me in the right direction how I can change the order of the tabs, I would like the attributes tab to be the default so that it's the first thing the customers sees, otherwise they can add items to shopping cart without filling in the attributes (which gives them alot of errors because most are required attributes)

I installed Tabbed Products, but the tabs aren't showing up. I have global tabs turned off, and added the tab code to a product but nothing shows up. If I turn the global tabs on, the entire product page disappears, in it's place is a line of text saying "WOOHOO".

I'm working on adding that from the admin area, but it might take some rewrite.

I did leave a test "woohoo" in the cross sell check. Aside from that tho, it should work fine. Do you have cross sell installed? If not, do you have that enabled? Got a link?
