You will receive an e-mail for the request, but you will have to manually generate an RMA Number and notify the customer.

What setting do you have in admin -> configuration -> E-Mail Options -> Email Admin Format?

Hey Clyde any chance you figured out why the "Office Only" section of the admin e-mails formats so differently from the contact form's admin e-mails?? It's TRULY in the no big deal, but would be nice to resolve category..

Not Yet. I've checked it on a couple of different sites but didn't see the problem your describing in the admin e-mails. (they all appeared to be formated correctly,

Open includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_returns_default.php

find and comment out the following line of code as indicated by the highlighted portions

Another option is something like this: http://www.clevershoppers.com/returns.html if you don't require customer to login before they can submit a return. We basically combined the pages (returns policy and returns form). If a customer is logged in already their information is pre-populated.

Issue is - no Admin email received and no item/order data being printed on customer email - only this

I have also applied the /includes/modules/pages/returns/header.php and the email_template_returns.html - both patches you had supplied to other members who had raised a similar issue.

Where in Admin should one see RMAs coming in - because in the 2.2.1a distro there is no /admin code?

This is correct - it is the e-mail received by the person who submitted the request.

Where in Admin should one see RMAs coming in - because in the 2.2.1a distro there is no /admin code?

The store owner should/would receive an e-mail at the store e-mail address indicated in admin -> configuration -> email options.

The e-mail would look something like this:

From: John Smith
