    red flag Re: Google SitemapAdmin

    Sorry,

Yes I upgraded my db to 1.3.8, but all of the php files were the new ones. I looked in the db and the google files are still in there. I was able to find the old sql file.

I have attached what was installed originally:

Whicle looking through all the sql files in the new google package. I noticed that there were lines for additional pages in update_1_3_14.sql, that the new full install.sql did't have.

    How should I proceed ?

    Thanks Again

    1. Make it compatible with another contribution "Multi-Language EZ-Pages" if it is installed.
Thanks to Pierre Rossel - Prossel Software - www.prossel.com
    2. Add new parameter inline=yes. Now in Google Webmaster Tools you can define your "Sitemap URL":
    http://your_domain/googlesitemap.php?inline=yes
And every time Google will get googlesitemap.php he will receive a fresh sitemapindex.xml, so you don't need to
    use cron.
    3. Add checking 'robots.txt' file in 'Save path' directory.

Ok, I have it installed, I just ran the install.sql and it seemed to have removed the older files.

Now it is working fine, however, I am confused because it says

"Sitemap location don't specify in robots.txt"

when I run it in the small white window. But it also says on the admin page that I must specify Sitemap location for MSN in the robots.txt file.

I want this to work for Google and MSN, so i'm not sure whether or not to specify in robots or not.

    Thanks

As always - it is you decide for your self. I am at all my sites and all supported sites specified sitemap location in your robots.txt file. Read Specifying the Sitemap location in your robots.txt file for more information.

hi im getting errors and my site not getting listed.

the mod creates the site maps and i can ping google etc and google bot is finding the maps etc but its showing errors in webmaster tools on google.

    URLs not followed
When we tested a sample of the URLs from your Sitemap, we found that some URLs were not accessible to Googlebot because they contained too many redirects. Please change the URLs in your Sitemap that redirect and replace them with the destination URL (the redirect target). All valid URLs will still be submitted. HTTP Error:
    URL:
    Found: 302 (Moved temporarily)

That is an interesting issue - it is associated with the parameter 'Skip 1-prod Categories'.
This does not affect the rating and listings. All right url will be indexed.

In the next version will be skipped 1-prod Categories.

    1. Bug fix in ez-pages links
