My store works fine until I send out the order. Once the order is sent I get an error "This transaction has been declined - Your credit card could not be authorized for this reason. Please correct the information and try again or contact us for further assistance."
When I check Authorize.net it shows the order was received and declined as a "general error" I'm not sure why this would be declined. Any ideas why?
Someone I work with thinks it's because we have zencart in a folder within the root and not the actual root. We need to do this since we want the store attached to our site example: www.sitename.com/zencart. Could this be an issue?
