Under Admin|Catalog|Reward Points you can set the number of points that the customer receives for each dollar (or base monetary unit that you use) spent. This can be done on a Global basis or by product Category or by Individual Product.
For example, on my store, customers receive 2 points for every dollar spent on everything except Gift Certificates and one category of books. The Gift Certificate gives zero points, and the one category of books gives 6 RP per dollar spent.
To set what the Reward Points are redeemed at, go to Admin|Customers|Group Reward Redeem and set the value in the box on the right.
For example, my store is set to redeem 1 Reward Point for a value of 1 penny off the price of an item.
I hope that this answers your questions...
but nothing shows in the "Bonus" column. Am I missing something?
Sorry- I haven't been ignoring you lot- The other side of my job kicked in and I've been out on travels but I'm back now.
Top priority is to get to the bottom of the PayPal issue. I don't understand why the transaction type would affect how PayPal IPN redirects back to checkout_process.php. It's also interesting that GVs are also affected. I'm guessing that what ever the problem is it is affecting all the credit mods- I should have a better read this afternoon- I have just completed setting up my test rig with PayPal's Sandbox...

Hi,
Tried to install the reward points module today, but when I turned the sideboxes on, all my website pages went blank below the logo/header section. Everything comes back again when I turn both sideboxes off again. Also, on Configuration > Reward Points I get the following warning:
Warning: call_user_func(UseRewardPointStateFunction) [function.call-user-func]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback in .......store/admin/includes/functions/general.php on line 1544
Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
