Another Blank page on checkout

Have had no luck trying the Debugger and manual configure.php still no errors posted. Just blank

Was dealing with zones.php + shopping_cart.php + english.php

I wanted to change to kgs and then when I uploaded it showed kgs but clicking Continue to Checkout there was a blank screen?

I have changed template...
I have reverted to standard non custom files
Turned off shipping Mod & Payment modes and reinstalled them... nothing

It was working last night before this.

Any suggestions please.

Ok I found the Debug Utility instructions not easy enough....

went to the Cache Folder to find... duh

Line 59 is just //text... and both <!php top and bottom have no blank lines underneith.

Help!

There are only 29 lines in the zones.php file for the language file ...

Check that you have a good copy loaded on the server ...

And for giggles, check it with NotePad on your computer, edit and clean for spaces or blank lines following the last php closing ?> tag in the file and reload the file to the server ...

NOTE: the language file contains define statements in it and the code file belongs in the directory:
/includes/modules/shipping
