customer issue Change of Admin Path - Icons not Showing

I have renamed the path of my admin folder and enabled SSL for extra security for my site.

My question is that when I go into my products section I am now getting a non secure warning message. This is due to the icons (ie flag icon / call for price) not being HTTPS.

I have tried scanning the forum and also used the Developers Kit to search for the files so that I can call them correctly - with no joy.

Can anyone give me a solution for this.

    Many Thanks

    Nick

Are you trying to run the whole admin under SSL?

    Hi Kim,

Many thanks for your reply. Yes I am running the whole of the admin with SSL.

    With regards

red flag Re: Change of Admin Path - Icons not Showing

I have a similar problem with one Zen Cart I'm setting up...

The Zen Cart was installed under an add on domain and since I needed to open port 30000 for the Canada Post Module I had to get a dedicated IP/SLL... so I did it

Now my hosting provider told me I cant have it set up under an add on domain so they had to switch it to work under the main domain. now when I go to check the secure zen cart site it wont show images and all the link are linked to the old add on domain.

So this is the non secure cart under the add on domain:
    http://dittidoclothdiapers.com/e-shop/

and if you try to look it as a https under the main domain this happens:
    https://www.moneymongrel.com/dittido...iapers/e-shop/

I changed my configure.php file but still doesn't work... I dont know what Im doing wrong...

    Please advice

This suggests that you've not specified https paths appropriately in your admin configure.php file. Post that file's contents here, without the DB password info.

Subdomains can be a challenge, and apparently you've not configured your configure.php files correctly. Please post them here, without the passwords.
