Reward Points Module for ZC v13x

Ran that update. It did place the items on the menu, but now I have two reward points directories on the config menu. One is blank.....one has all the options on it. I will mess with it and make sure it's figuring it correctly.

Just change the sort order of the Reward Payments Order Total module so the points are awarded before the tax is calculated. Also check your Reward Points config- specifically "Allow Redeem of Reward Points on Order Total or Subtotal"

Actually I just noticed that the tax isn't being recalculated for me either. Do we need to modify something in the checkout pages? I allow redeem on sub-total. Even if I move the sort order of 'Reward Points' to the top. Nothing is recalculated other than the total. Subtotal is based on the products and tax is based on the items & shipping in my case. Redeemed points only get incorporated in the Total.

Actually reward points should be fairly similar to a coupon. The coupon order_total module has a few more setting available with regards to taxes than the reward points order_total module does. This the reason that taxes aren't be recalculated or are the values present in the DB, but just not visible/configurable through the UI?

OK so I done everything and when I go into Layout Box COntroller there is no Shopping Cart with Rewards option. How do I activate this.

I have found another issue, which personally affects me.

I am using points issued in quantities of 10's.

At the checkout, once points have been redeemed, it is taking the cash value off the points to be issued but not rounding the result.

Infact the points earned figure doesn't seem to add up. Any ideas?

Sub-Total: £3.04


Value of Redeemed Reward Points: £0.16

Per Item (Best Way): £5.00

Total: £7.88

Reward Points earned: 29.84

I can see what it's doing- There's 30 RP earned and 0.16 has been subtracted from this. You are right though the Reward Points should be rounded (down I guess).

In that case, it would be a round down. Some may be a round up.

Looking in the Reward Admin for the customer account I tested with, as an example, it shows a balance of 4 points added for the transaction but in the grand total, it shows 5 points added. In the checkout, the points it was allocating after discount was 4.84.

Is it easy to fix? It would be great to have it implemented when I eventually go live.

Yes, I should have something in the next couple of days. I'm trying to get to the bottom of the tax issues raised here too.
