OLD Super Orders 2.0 (See v3.0 thread instead)

I've run in to a problem trying to install the Super Orders module. I uploaded the Catalog files and (as far as I can tell) ran the SQL file. Super Orders does show up as entry under the Configuration menu in the Admin console, but when I went to install the Purchase Order module, it doesn't show up as an option under Modules / Payment. What did I do wrong?

Is there any way to get the report to show product attributes as well as quantity?

I've now solved the problem, and the module appears to be working well. (My mistake was too dumb to mention here.)

I have the same problem mentioned just above. I believe I followed the instructions properly and loaded the SQL. I've verified that the entries are in the tables. I have the super orders visible under Admin -> Configuration, but I don't see the PO module, nor do I see the option under Customers (which is the main reason I wanted it). Hope you can help, and in any case thank you so much for this contribution.

PO shows up under Modules>payment and needs to be configured and turned on.

One of my stores runs VERY slowly about 70% of the time. The graphics, catalog size, etc are not the problem, because about a third of the time it runs like lightening. I have another store with an identical catalog, similar graphics, and all the same mods, and it runs very fast. I've been checking the database and there are index errors in so_refunds. The queries in this store take 7-10 seconds, as opposed to an identical store, where the queries are less than a second.

I would like to uninstall Super Orders, but I can't find the uninstall SQL. Can someone point me the uninstall instructions? They aren't in the dl package.

Anyway, here is my error. The other site that uses Super Orders does not have these duplicate indexes, and it runs very fast.

The following indexes appear to be equal and one of them should be removed: type_code, type_code_2

Can anyone tell me how to cancel a refund. They didn't seem to have changed the total and they're showing up in the Comments boxes (I did it twice because the first didn't seem to work) and I want to start again. THanks.

Hi I tried to install super orders and it got a little messy with some of my other custom configurations and I just really need to uninstall it right now to make my site work, I have already reloaded my backed up database and tried to manually go back and delete all the files that we are told to add in the read me, I have also erased the code that I added as instructed by the readme. I then noticed that something wasn't right because in my admin screen I still have the super orders buttons and they even still work to bring me to the Super Orders screen, How is this possible having just undid everything? how can I ensure that Super orders is throughly removed? I did just try to search for it using developers tools and found one instance in an orders.php file that still needed to be removed, however, that didn't change the whole menu thing. I'm worried that some screwup will pop up later while I am customizing my site or that the functionality of super orders will override other important functions incorrectly now that I did try to delete everything related to it, but obviously missed some major things. Did super orders create and edit more files on its own after installation? whats going on here? What should I do? how do I really uninstall it? -your help would be greatly appreciated, Thank You

Hello: i have install super orders and when i wan to prin in batch form print the result don't show correctly, show only lines not shwo the invoices or orders, i tried to prin for example 60 invoices at the same time.

Please if you have any ideas?

You need to just print the frames individually it is an option in both IE and Firefox with the print function
