useed debug yutility, this is the eror:
[30-aug-2008 06:46:11] PHP Fatal error: Only variables can be passed by reference in C:\www\webroot\zen\includes\init_includes\init_ssu.php on line 85

Go to line 85 on that file, replace it by:

        $temp = explode('?', $mr);
        $mr_parts = explode('/', $temp[0]);

Then either your localhost does not have mod_rewrite install, or the htaccess content was not edited correctly as instructed :)
PS: mod_rewrite is an apache module.

I have reinstalled the module yellow posted (last night). Still orders not posting with Paypal IPN. I have exluded the following in the SEO module: advanced_search_result,ipn_main_handler.php. I am using 1.3.7 php 5.2.4.

Anyone else having any luck or figured out anything on IPN

Did you activate the ipn setting in your paypal account ?

i believe there are 2 places it should be turned on:
auto return on and ipn on.

Both are on. Are the new versions you listed on page 44 and 42 the same? May have downloaded from the one on page 44 don't know if this makes a difference.
