Simple SEO URL (OLD version) [support thread]

This was encountered by someone else, maybe I should put this in the readme:

Reset the cache and it will fix itself

I cleared all data in FF and IE7, restarted comp and same error:
http://www.example.com/ladywig/cSSU_ID_DELIMITER2 + the zenid, it takes me to my "page not found" page.
Unless you mean something else by the cache?
