Few Questions if you can help me!!

Right below the header text,

It list the Categories in the center, how do i take that out?

also the larger image when the mouse hover's over it. How dose one do that?

Also With those Question ^^ up their. How dose one like in the demo get that grey box to go across the top.

In the demo it has Privacy Notice :: Shared On it.

Also on the homepage how do you add Featured Products and Monthly specials? like in the demo

All of your questions are answered in the Tutorials and FAQ's and the Owners Manual that you can purchase online.

In the Admin go to Configuration click on Layout Settings
Near the bottom set "Categories-Tabs Menu ON/OFF" to OFF

That again is discussed in the Tutorials and FAQ's. The gray box is caused by creating "EZ-Pages, search the tutorials for EZ-Pages.

Again covered very well in the Tutorials. This is an Admin Setting, you can turn them on or off and change their positions.
Try This book, I bought it when I first started with Zen-Cart and I literally wore it out.

Sure I ask a few questions from time to time, but most of the answers to your questions can be found by searching this site.

absolutely silly first question, but I couldn't find the answer in the search feature - so no laughing...

When uploading the includes file to my site, do I overwrite the original includes file that is there or do I upload it INTO my preexisting includes file?

this is my first time working with Zen - help a newbie.

well I just went and uploaded everyhting one at a time and it seems to be working except for one thing - my right side sideboxes will not show up. The space for them is there and I have done all the proper procedures to put them there, but they simply do not visuallly appear on the right hand side. Left works perfectly.

any hints?

It's alright - I pulled the site and put up the old one fore now while I figure it all out - got this issue resolved - stay tuned for more questions...lol

right now I'm killing myself trying to figure out why my logo is covering up my menu on IE but not Firefox. Any ideas?
