I would love to help - but that site takes FOREVER to load, I backed out of it.

Looks like it was done using a combination of graphics, CSS styling and moving things around in the tpl_product_info_display.php file.

Probably your best bet would be to contact the store owner and ask how they accomplished the look of that page.
