Image Handler and CSS Buttons

It seems like the problem is with the html_output.php file. The new one supplied with Image Handler is different. hrmm..

K I uploaded the new file from the authors website and all is well.

What version of Image handler are you using?
The newer versions no longer have nor change the html_output.php file.
