1. In sql replace
NOW()
by
date_add(now(), INTERVAL ' . TIME_ZONE_OFFSET . ' HOUR)
2. Replace
$thirty_mins_ago = date('Y-m-d H:i:s', (time() - (30*60)));
by
$thirty_mins_ago = date('Y-m-d H:i:s', (time()+TIME_ZONE_OFFSET*60*60 - (30*60)));

So should I rerun the sql with this new query as supertracker is already installed on my system ?

Also where do i define the time offset ?

Works now... added a copy of the html_header to my template / common directory.

Is there a way we can see the model number by the product name (to differentiate what belongs to different manufacturers)?


I am currently looking at the Products Coverage Report.

We have a project that is contingent on our tracking customers, and this mod isn't working.

Has any one tried the other tracking mods? Can you recommend one?

FOUND A POSSIBLE BUG.....

If you have a text attribute, and the customer enters something with a comma in it (or probably other special character)... It throws up.

The customer gets a 1064 error on the update of the super tracker table starting with where the comma was entered.

I had to remove the entries from supertracker until I could get to their cart and remove the offending item.

Please let me know if you have a work around for this issue.

i don't get many sales, but on the two i have gotten, Supertracker shows "Completed purchase: false". That makes all the sales reports unavailable to me. I'm getting suspicious because google analytics is showing the same kind of blindness...yet my site is functioning fine. Can anyone tell me where this might be coming from?

Did they pay with paypal? Are the orders showing up in your zen admin?

I just moved my store from one directory to another and now I'm getting the following error:

1146 Table 'zenstore.TABLE_SUPERTRACKER' doesn't exist
in:
[SELECT * FROM TABLE_SUPERTRACKER WHERE browser_string ='Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.0.4) Gecko/2008102920 Firefox/3.0.4' AND ip_address like '00.0%' AND last_click > '2008-11-26 01:30:31' LIMIT 1]

I checked supertracker.php for config code and confirmed that my dbase does indeed have this table. Also, the store runs fine from the original directory.

Any ideas?

I just needed to upload the extra_datafiles file again. You know, the one that defines the name.

Hey anyone have luck with this mod recently. I'm not sure if it is my configuration that is effecting the functionality, but none of my pages inside the cart seem to load when this mod is installed. Just blank white pages that continue to try and load, only part that loads is the title. Any ideas? TYI
