Simple SEO URL (OLD version) [support thread]

I get a 404 error when clicking the products webpage that goes to an outside url .
I also have magic seo and noticed there's a difference in the redirect urls language format between my url and the outside url In ssu there is
redirect/action/url/goto in magic seo it's
index.php?main_page=redirect&action=url&goto
is this the difference and how could it be corrected

If you have Magic SEO URL, there is no reason to use SSU. These 2 modules should NOT be used together on the same site

They're on different domains all together but ssu isn't working , it goes a 404 page and I'm trying to figure it out.

Normally, it's the htaccess not set correctly, but I have to see it to know exactly what going on.

This can be easily fixed by going to your configure->ssu settings and add "redirect" without the quote in the the "excluded url"

Attention to anyone using 3+:

A bug has been found, this bug will prevent your customers to add the product to cart if the products_id in the link contains the attribute md5 id (like this 12:aqdasidj23jas32sas)

This bug happens in rare cases, but it is a serious bug so I released 3.4.0 to fix it. You are strongly recommended to update to 3.4.0 if your products have attributes.

Files changed (from 3.3.9): only 1 file changed
includes\classes\ssu\plugins\parsers\products.php

(This bug may not affect 2.9.6, if you are using this version you may double-check first)

I'm observing that in 3.4.0 a link alias status trigger button, marked "Update Status" doesn't actually deactivate alias, though an icon changes after clicking.

And yes, i've cleaned up the cache

Bug confirmed and fixed, 3.4.2 was added to correct this issue (missing a pair of brackets in the query)

The file affected:
includes\classes\ssu\cores\alias.php

BTW, the fact that 3.4.0 is affected by this link alias bug means that previous versions are affect by that as well. It just happens that you have not triggered the "requirements" for the bug to occur.

3+ users are recommended to upgrade.

Please keep in mind that you are using the "unstable" branch, so along with the new features come possible bugs. The good thing is: all bugs are fixed as soon as possible.
