Yes, all seems okay and no return 404 error.
But this is really a problem need to be fix, could you please give you suggestion?

Well as SitemapAdmin and Ultimate SEO do pretty much the same thing I would remove Ultimate in this case (as it is producing URLs you do not like) and just go with SitemapAdmin.
