Hmmm..... I already do have the php selected.

Anything else I might take a look at in the mail config?

Well that did not work out..

I am not sure how many days my cart has been down. Traffic stats look like it must have been a couple days. When I went to my cart today, all I get is entirely white page with one short sentence...

"Email Error: Could not execute: /usr/sbin/sendmail"

Need less to say, I changed my email settings back to php and my site re-appeared.

Another batch of auction items ended during this time I had the Send Mail on. No notifications were received by winning bidders, and I did not receive any notifications about closing activity either.

    1) that may or may not be the correct path to sendmail, that would be a host question, and also they may not allow a user to use sendmail.
    2) try the smtp method, providing a pop email address to use.
note: some hosts are restrictive on mail use because of SPAM

PS always do a test of the mail system before leaving your site, using a test auction or register a new test customer.....

I will check with my host.. Thanks.

Seemed odd that the site would shut down completely because of an email setting..

Thank you for this wonderful mode.
One issue I'm experiencing and I don't know how to fix it.
If I check the test auctions I have currently on using Firefox I can see the login to bid button, but the button disappears on IE7, anyone knows about this issue and how to fix it??

    Thank you for the help.
