Image Handler + Seo URLs

Hi i have zen cart 1.3.8 with Image Handler installed and i want to install the Ultimate SEO URLs mod, however as i have figured out it Image Handler and Ultimate SEO URLs do not like each other.
How merge all versions of "html_output.php?

The latest versions of Image Handler does not replace html_output.php.

For merging files use something like WinMerge.
