OK, yellow, got it to work.
You were right, the error had to do with closing brackets.
Actually there was one too many.
Since this function is at the end of the file, why not replace the function to the end of the page and then add a bracket to close the whole thing, or simply add a line with a closing bracket to the function and then replace the whole end?
Please correct if I'm wrong.

Yes, weh you copy and paste the code I posted you have to leave the closing bracket of the class there.

This bug has been driving me crazy, because i would pass parameters into zen_image and it will print out nothing at all.

Could someone point me to a thread on positioning the popup/hover box?

I'm trying to position the image so that it stays within view - currently the mouse is positioned (most of the time) at the upper left hand corner of the image, which throws part of the image out of view on the lower-page products.


Is this the right place to be asking a question about IH2 ? 245 pages is a lot of thread, and I couldn't find the answer I was looking for in the posts, but I'm sure it's there...somewhere :)

I think i have asked this question but i dont think i got a response....

Basically im wanting to remove the pop up alt text that displays the product name and not the one thats on the hover image.....

I noticed that it covers part of the image when you hover on the image so im wanting to get rid of it.

That part has nothing to do with IH or Zen Cart.
It is built into the web browser.

Make changes to jscript_imagehover.js code.
Not sure where but maybe start here.

var offsetfrommouse=[10,10]; //image x,y offsets from cursor position in pixels. Enter 0,0 for no offset

Having problems getting IH2 to work on my live server (works fine on my PC).

I add a new product to the site and upload a large picture into /images. BUT the images are not being generated in bmz_cache. Instead, my old folders images/large images/medium etc are being used and I thus I get no product details image (ie MED) and no enlarged image (ie LRG). My product listing image is just a scaled down version of the image I have uploaded.

IH menu items are appearing in Admin fine.

I've checked that all files have been copied over correctly.
GD installed on server
IH2 switched on in admin
bmz_cache permissions same as image folder (755) - still doesn't work if you switch to 777.
