The dev. computer is an XP SP3 32-bit system
Shouldn't work like that, there is 1GB of memory in the computer
Running win + XAMP + Browser + ??? - - 1GB is stretching it as XP alone running win apps is much happier with 2GB+ of RAM

    Thanks for answers.
Yeah, I do know that more memory is always better, I just thought it would be enough.
There was no ???, it was only XP + xampp + FF.

You can check your task manager and manually total up processes
XP & supporting functions about 200MB, FF takes about 200MB for me and I do not have XAMP to check

    Thanks for tip.
Yes, I am planning to put more memory on my dev. computers, but I am on the cheap now.

After some more research found out that memory was not the problem, although everything would work better with more of it.
    XAMPP was actually crashed.
I had ran an aggressive disk cleanup, and it deleted some .tmp and 0 byte files that XAMPP actually needs.
After restoring those, I got it back up.
