Image Handler 2 (for ZC v1.3.8 ONLY) Support

Please could anyone help after installing the module on the site. The right colum and the bottom side of the site just dissapears what am i doing wr9ong. Please advice.

Have you double check that you uploaded all the IH files and that they are correct and in the correct folders?

What size are your images?

I recheck my installation and everything is there.

Do I have to choose one image type in admin? Right now I have it on the zen default.

I have the apple zen template.
The hover is not working in my product info, I have no water marks on images in the product list or main page, and the water mark isn't working on the "large" image of the product on the product info page.

This is the test items I installed and configured with image handler.

Did you try to reinstall from scratch?
What template are you using?

By design, the hover doesn't work on the product info page for the product (main) image.
(it is the manual)

Do you have the watermark for large image turned on?
Do you have the watermark image in the image/large folder?

Sorry, I have a business to run during the day and only have a few minutes at night or early morning to help.

When you have IH turned on does the right side categories and the footer of the page disappear on all your pages or just some?

Are the product images displaying?

When a page fails to load correctly it means the a file needed is broken, just need to find which one.

I ask before, have you check to see that you upload "All" the Image handler files and that they are in the correct folders?
